Appointment only. When the calendar is full there is a waitlist rather than a longer day, so the honest answer is sometimes that the first opening is a few weeks out.

What to say when you call

What is bothering you, in your own words. Not a treatment name -- working out which treatment, if any, is the job of the consultation.

Tell us about anything you have had done before, roughly when, and what was used if you know. It changes what is safe to do next, particularly with filler.

If you have had treatment today

Aftercare has what is normal and what is not. Vision changes, skin turning white or dusky, or pain out of proportion to what was done are emergencies -- call the studio, and out of hours go to an emergency department and say you have had a dermal filler injection.
