The tell is always the same.

Not one obvious thing. A face that reads slightly wrong across several places at once, in a way that is hard to point at and impossible to unsee. It rarely comes from a single bad appointment. It accumulates, a little more each visit, each increment reasonable on its own.

That is usually not recklessness. It is arithmetic.

Memberships promising thousands of dollars of treatment. Units discounted by the dozen. Seasonal offers. A package you have paid for and now have to use. Every one of those structures creates a reason to treat that has nothing to do with whether you need treating.

So this practice has none of them. One price, never on offer. The default answer is less, including come back in six months, which costs money and is exactly why it is worth hearing. The same hands every visit, a capped calendar, and a waitlist when it is full.

I am not going to tell you the results look natural. Every practice in this city says that, including the ones running sixty percent off. I will show you the price list and tell you when to wait.
