Come back in six months is a legitimate result of a consultation here. It costs money to say and gains nothing, which is exactly why it is worth hearing.

You are not buying a treatment. You are buying a specific set of judgments about your face, made by someone who remembers what they did last time.
The list, unchanged
Published in full rather than quoted at the chair. There is no version of this list with a discount on it, which is the point.
